Change an Existing Program

  1. Access CIM Program Management
  2. A list of existing programs is displayed. Program codes are automatically defined in CIM as College-Program Type-Abbreviated Program Name. Search for the program you would like to change using the search box. You can search for the name of the program using a wildcard (*) to find all programs containing a specific word(s).
  3. Select Program you wish to change. The existing information about that program contained with CIM will be displayed including catalog pages that reference the program you have selected. (**NOTE: Since many of our historical program proposal/change records are paper-based, and could not be easily migrated, much of this information will be absent the first time a program is changed.)
  4. To edit the course, click on "Edit Program" (located under the program list). Enter information as required by the form. Fields surrounded by a red box are required to proceed. Some items on the form will dynamically change based upon information entered earlier in the proposal change process. Click on the help icons () for additional information.   Additional supporting documents may be uploaded on this page.
  5. To save a proposed change in-process, there is a "save changes" button located at the bottom of the form.
  6. When you have completed your proposed changes, click on "Save & Submit" to begin the workflow approval process.
